After months of community engagement and data gathering, the Chatham County Public Health Department, UNC Health Chatham, and Chatham Health Alliance have released the 2024 Community Assessment — a comprehensive report highlighting the key factors affecting health and well-being in Chatham County. Published every three years, the report covers critical topics like health care access, substance use, mental health, and housing, as well as opportunities for the community to improve the lives of all Chatham residents. This session will include a brief overview of the 2024 Community Assessment findings. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn how to help build a healthier Chatham County for all residents.
