Please submit a poster PDF using the link in the description above!  More information on submittal requirements, deadline, etc. can be found in the link.

What needs to go in the poster?

Poster should include the following to help orient readers: Project Name, Brief Project Description, Location, Goal/Objectives, Timeline, Supporting Graphics.

Can I submit a project from work?

Yes! But please make sure that it can be shared publicly and that there is no proprietary information!

Do I need to submit a project to attend?

Nope!  All are welcome to join and mingle!

If I am a presenter, do I need to print out a poster?

Accepted Answer

No need!  We will print it out for you and have it pinned up day of the event.

How do I get to the showcase?

Accepted Answer

We recommend taking transit! The office is a 5-minute walk from the 7th St/ Metro Center station. Paid parking is also available (i.e BLOC parking garage, surface parking, etc).
