Do adults need to have tickets?

Yes, all persons entering the park (including infants, teens and adults) must have a ticket.

Are there different egg hunting areas?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is an area for 1-3 years, an area for 4-6 years and an area for 7-12 years

Question 3

How many eggs can my child take?

Accepted Answer

Each paid child can take 15-20 eggs.

Question 4

Are there prizes?

Accepted Answer

Yes, each egg has a toy or candy prize inside. We also will be giving away 1000 additional prizes.

Do you provide Easter baskets at the event?

Accepted Answer

No, each child will need to bring their own Easter basket.

Question 6

Will there be food and drink at the event.

Accepted Answer

There will be water and juice, as well as Easter candy, cookies and cupcakes for paid participants.

What happens if we miss the egg hunt?

Accepted Answer

The egg hunt will take place at 12:15PM and all the eggs are typically taken by 12:30PM. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you are not late, or your child may not get any eggs.

There are still other activities, such as the petting zoo, the Easter Bunny and games that will be available after the hunt.

Is parking available at the evnet?

Accepted Answer

No, there is a large garage 2 blocks away at McCormick Place (enter at Prairie Ave and Cermak) as well as pay and display on Michigan Ave around 18th St. Please take note of the neighborhood permit parking restrictions. We recommend you come early enough to negotiate a parking spot.

If I am unable to attend the event, can I obtain a refund?

Accepted Answer

There are NO REFUNDS for this event.

You may give your tickets to another person, as long as the age of the children are equal to the tickets you purchased.

Are there bathrooms onsite?

There are public restrooms inside the Women's Park Field House at 1801 S. Indiana Ave.

What time do the gates open?

Accepted Answer

The gates open at 11:45AM The main gate to enter the event is on 18th St, just east of Indiana Ave. There will be an additional gate open at 1727 S. Indiana Ave.
