About this event
The St. Augustine Music Festival (SAMF) is celebrating their 17th season this year with their 2023 concerts. Co-Artistic Directors Jorge A. Pena and Jin Kim-Pena are providing another year of World Class Music in the Historic and World Class setting of the Cathedral Basilica in downtown St. Augustine.
All concerts are FREE to the public and begin at 7:30 PM (doors open at 7:00 PM). If you wish reserved seating, it will require a minimum donation of $350 to SAMF on the website: www.SAMFestival.org.
The featured artists and a brief overview of the concerts include: Ann Marie McPhail, Soprano, and the Ritz Chamber Players for the Juneteenth Concert on June 19: Yokino Miyake, Pianist for the June 23 Concert on the Mastriani Steinway piano; Baroque Night and Bach are featured on June 24; A Night of Romance is the focus with Brahms on June 25; Organ and Brass Concert on June 30, Dedicated to the Cathedral Basilica with Brass Quintet and Tim Tuller, Organist; Musical Metamorphosis on Saturday, July 11 with Golijov, Strauss and Adams; A Night with Nigel, honoring Beethoven, featurng Nigel Armstrong, Violinist.
