The City of Seattle’s reverse vendor trade show provides you, the vendor, the opportunity to meet with department representatives from the City of Seattle and other local government. The representatives will be in tables and you will be free to walk around network for business opportunities.

The 2023 City of Seattle Reverse Vendor Trade Show will be held on Nov. 1, 2023, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Seattle Center's Fisher Pavilion located at 305 Harrison St, Seattle, WA 98109.

How do you attend?

Accepted Answer

Either advanced registration through Eventbrite or you can sign up at the event venue.

How much does it cost to attend?

Accepted Answer

The event is free to attend.

With my registrations how many attendees can I bring?

Accepted Answer

There are no limits to how many attendees that you wish to bring.

Do we need to wear a mask at the event?

Accepted Answer

While it is not mandatory that attendees wear masks, it is still highly encouraged.

Do you have COVID restrictions/mandates for the event?

Accepted Answer

It is highly encouraged that attendees are up to date on their vaccination requirements prior to attending the event. Masks are not mandatory but are also highly encouraged.

What are the parking arrangements?

Accepted Answer

There are parking garages located near the Seattle Center. The City will not be reimbursing parking fees for this event.

Can I register on-site?

Accepted Answer

Vendors can register on-site, but it is encouraged to register ahead of time to prevent delays in entering the Seattle Center.

Is this event limited to only Women Minority Business Enterprise (WMBE)?

No, this event is open to all firms.

How can I best prepare for the event?

Accepted Answer

You can visit the City of Seattle’s website at www.seattle.gov, or the website of the other local government agencies, to see how everyone does business. If your firm sells a service, commodity, or contracting that may align with a department or two, then visit their table at the event.

Do you need to enroll as a vendor with the City of Seattle to attend this event?

Accepted Answer

No, vendors do not need to enroll in our Online Business Directory (OBD) to attend this event. It is highly recommended that vendors do to receive information from the City.

Question 13

If I am not able to attend at 11:00 AM, can I attend at a later time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you are able to attend at any point before the event ends at 3:00 PM.

What if we need accommodations like ADA or language access?

Accepted Answer
