Where is the performance held?

The Fall Program takes place on the 4th floor of Joffrey Tower at 10 E. Randolph Street, in the Black Box Theater (Studio A). Guests may enter through the first-floor lobby. The elevator to the 4th floor will unlock for guests 45 minutes prior to each performance.

Do I have to bring a printed ticket to the event?

Accepted Answer

No, physical printed tickets are not needed to check in. You can check in using the mobile ticket on your phone or by presenting the name your ticket is reserved under.

Question 3

How can I reserve accessible seating?

Accepted Answer

To request accessible seating for your performance, email reception@joffrey.org prior to purchasing tickets. Requesting accessible seating after purchasing tickets may result in payment of a ticket transfer fee. Requests for accessible seating may be submitted prior to ticket sales opening.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Accepted Answer

Tickets will not be available to purchase at the door. We highly recommend purchasing your tickets well in advance to ensure seating at your preferred performance. Tickets may be purchased online up until the show starts.

Question 5

Can I transfer the tickets I bought to a different performance?

Accepted Answer

Ticket transfers are able to be completed for a $3 ticket transfer fee. Transfers must be completed on a computer, not the app. Instructions on how to transfer your tickets can be found here: https://www.eventbrite.com/help/en-us/articles/337796/how-to-transfer-to-a-different-event-or-ticket-type/

The show I'd like to see is sold out. Can I be put on a waiting list?

Please contact reception@joffrey.org to be put on a waiting list. Should tickets become available, we will notify you via email. Acceptance off the waiting list is not guaranteed.

Question 7

What happens if I arrive late?

Accepted Answer

Doors and elevators to the performance close 15 minutes after the performance begins. For sold-out performances, tickets not checked in 5 minutes before the performance begins may be released to patrons on our waitlist.

What is the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable.
