The event will be held in the Jen-Hsun Huang Engineering Center [Address: 475 Via Ortega, Stanford, CA 94305]. Room: Mackenzie Room, Room 300.

What are the parking arrangements?

All registered, in-person attendees will receive a parking link via email to register for a parking permit. This parking permit will be valid at any A or C permit parking spot.

The closest parking garages to the venue are: 1. Roble Field Garage [519 Via Ortega, Stanford] 2. Via Ortega Garage [285 Panama Street, Stanford].

Are there any organized shuttles?

There will not be any organized shuttles. The two parking garages listed above are a five minute or less walk to the venue.

Yes, food will be served at the event. Breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon snacks are all included.
