About this event
Our 8th annual conference has been reimagined as a completely online event, but with the same cutting-edge information and engaging talks from some of the top health experts in the world!
World-renowned microbiome expert Dr. Kiran Krishnan will present the latest research on the microbiome, with an in-depth analysis of how and why imbalance occurs.
Harvard Medical School professor Dr. Uma Naidoo will discuss how to use food to improve mood and combat depression, anxiety, etc.
One theme of this year’s event is wearable technology. Stanford University professor Dr. Michael Snyder will discuss breakthroughs in our ability to use wearable technology to address and prevent disease (including Covid), and studies on using advanced “big data” technologies such as metabolomics to transform health care. New York Times best-selling author and entrepreneur Dave Asprey will discuss a practical approach to the “quantified self” and how to track metrics to optimize personal health.
NYT best-selling author Robb Wolf will discuss fascinating research on why our single-minded focus on reducing salt intake may have negative consequences, and why you may not be consuming enough salt.
Learn a unique perspective on addressing emotional burnout, tips and tools for optimizing nutrition, as well as how to strengthen health and resilience during times of chronic stress, and other tips for overall wellbeing.
