Virtual Conference

This IEEE WMED 2022 conference will be a Whova virtual conference. The live event begins on April 8th, with early access to On Demand content beginning on April 1st at 08:00 AM MDT.

Registration Fees

The registration fee entitles the registrant to:

• Soft copy of workshop proceedings 
• Entrance to all technical sessions

 IEEE Member Discounts

To qualify for the IEEE member registration fee, registrant must be a member of IEEE or EDS prior to the conference and provide member number on the registration form. If you are not already an IEEE or IEEE/EDS member, we encourage you to apply online for membership into the IEEE/EDS.

College Student Discounts

To qualify for the college student registration fee, registrant must be actively enrolled in a college or a graduate school, and use current school email address on the registration form.

Late Registration

Late fee of $20 applies to registrations made after  March 25th, 2022
