Educational opportunity to understand and learn evidenced based practices to create or enhance equity and inclusive practices.

About this event

The Inclusion Collaborative Conference is an interactive and reflective educational opportunity to learn from experts and peers about evidenced based practices that promote inclusion for all children up to age 24. Due to the pandemic this year, we are unable to host an in-person event, but we are prepared to host a fully virtual experience for our speakers and attendees. Our priority is to provide our attendees with a positive, interactive, and substantial experience. Featuring our keynote presenters: Shelley Moore, Dr. Rosemarie Allen, and Dr. Odie Douglas!

Registration Directions - Registering is simple for attendees and only takes a few steps!

1. Click register. If you have a promotional code, please enter code before next step

2. Enter the number of tickets you are purchasing. (Each ticket holder needs a unique email address in order to sign up for sessions)

3. Ticket buyers will be directed to the event registration form, where they can see a summary of their purchase, enter billing information, and provide information for each attendee.*

*If attendees are logged into their Eventbrite account, most of this information will already be filled in for them.

4. After reviewing the information entered, attendees select "Pay Now/Checkout" to complete their purchase; choose payment method to complete the registration process.

5. Once the order has gone through, they're taken to an order confirmation page

6. Attendees receive an order confirmation email from Eventbrite after successfully placing their order.

7. If paying by check, process payment immediately. See instructions below.

Our virtual conference platform is SCHED. Each ticket holder needs a unique email address in order to sign up for sessions via SCHED. Each ticket holder must create their own schedule. If you’re purchasing many tickets, enter the email address for ALL ticket-holders. Participants will receive email instructions to login, schedule, and access their sessions/session materials.


Payments must be received by October 15, 2021; registrations will be cancelled if payment is not received to make room for wait-listed registrations. Please make checks payable to SCCOE - Inclusion Collaborative, 1290 Ridder Park Drive, MC227, San Jose, CA 95131. Please include email ticket confirmation(s) with attendee names or order number(s) with check so it can be applied to the correct registrations. (Omitting this information with DELAY the processing of payment and confirmation of registration. Attendees will be sent email reminders until payment is received.)

We do not accept purchase orders, please request the check (warrant) to be sent directly when creating the purchase order.

No invoices will be issued do to our low staff coverage; please use the emailed ticket confirmation as invoice for check to be issued from purchase order.


There are no refunds. If you need to process a ticket transfer (i.e. sending a different staff member than the purchased ticket is for) please email inclusion@sccoe.org to process request.
