Event description
Join us for an inspiring day with global leaders in nutrition and functional medicine!

About this Event

Our 6th annual conference has been reimagined as a completely online event, but with the same cutting-edge information and engaging talks from some of the top health experts in the world!

New York Times best-selling author Nina Teicholz will break down myths and misconceptions about nutrition, discussing our mistaken fear of eating meat and fat - including saturated fat - in our diets. You will learn why our traditional thinking on healthy fats is inaccurate, how animal protein can be part of a healthy diet, why saturated fat is not as bad as we think, and what the current science says about these questions.

World-renowned health expert Chris Kresser will present an evidence-based review on nutrients that can be beneficial in preventing and treating Covid-19.

NYT best-selling author Dale Bredesen will discuss fascinating research on the first survivors of Alzheimer’s disease, and how cognitive decline can be reversed with a precision medicine approach.

Learn a unique perspective on addressing burnout, a holistic approach to boosting immune health using Ayurvedic medicine, as well as how to strengthen health and resilience during times of chronic stress, and other tips for overall wellbeing.

All tickets will be entered into a raffle to win free prizes donated by our speakers.
