4th ANNUAL HUG NATIONAL CONFERENCE

HawkSoft users from across the nation are welcome to the 2021 HUG National Conference! Presented by HUG Agents  & HawkSoft speakers.

Sessions will include topics geared for new users as well as for seasoned veterans.  A detailed agenda to be posted summer 2021. Speakers will include both users/agents like you, as well as HawkSoft employees and management. 

• General Admission (IN PERSON OR VIRTUAL) - $350 (by July 18, 2021)
• Late Rate - $395 (by October 3, 2021)

DISCLAIMER:

Because of COVID-19 and current city, state, and federal government regulations, we are not yet able to predict HOW MANY attendees we will be able to have in-person at our National HUG Conference. We are moving forward with hope that ~400 agents will be allowed to attend in person by October. If regulations do not allow, then we may have to convert the last ~100 registrants to a virtual attendance (or offer a refund if you prefer). We don’t have all the answers today…as COVID-19 is a constantly moving target, so we hope you’ll be patient with us as we get more clarification this Spring/Summer from the hotel and the State of California. Monday (October 18) - All day meetings (light breakfast & lunch included)

Tuesday (October 19) - All day meetings (light breakfast & lunch included, as well as evening reception with appetizers/drinks)

The conference will likely follow the a similar general agenda that WAS planned for Orlando 2020 as we didn't get to hold it - mostly the same topics and speakers, with some adjustments made in the Spring of 2021, after the planning committee has met to finalize the new agenda. What is the refund policy?

Attendees can receive refunds up to 30 DAYS before the event start date (must notify HUG by September 18 for a full refund).

Is there a hotel discount for the event?

There is a block of rooms reserved for our event at a discounted price. Must book rooms by about September 18, 2021 to guarantee the rate, or until the hotel is sold out.

Is it recommended I bring more than one employee?

A separate registration is required for each representative attending.  Several sessions will be running simultaneously, so having more than one member of your team in attendance will be beneficial.

What meals are included in the registration fee?

1 reception, 2 lunches, and 2 light breakfasts will be included with your registration fee.  

What is the dress code?

Business casual.

Will there be a mobile app again this year?

Yes, the mobile app for the conference will launch approximately 4-6 weeks before the conference.  At that time, you can register for which breakout sessions you want to attend. We are also working towards hosting a "hybrid" meeting where attendees can participate virtually if they prefer.
