How many punches/kicks can you do in one 30 minute workout?

This unique event allows you to workout while raising funds for a great cause. First 50 people to sign up will receive a shirt.

The goal is to complete as many punches/kicks in your workout. Free 30 minute workout, so anyone can participate.

FACTS ABOUT ALS (LOU GEHRIG'S DISEASE)

• Every 90 minutes someone is diagnosed with ALS and someone passes away
• Military veterans are 2x as likely to get ALS
