The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection presents the
2016 GLOBAL DAIRY SYMPOSIUM
ABOUT THE EVENT:
Global dairy is facing an unprecedented, complex mix of challenges and opportunities. Multiple factors are influencing dairy production, processing and profitability including the interconnectedness of global dairy industry, consumer demands for traceability and the growing use of information technology on production.
To help sort out these complex issues the WI Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection is hosting a global dairy symposium during the World Dairy Expo in Madison, Wisconsin, USA.
Leading experts on the current and future state of the global dairy industry will share trends in dairy production, the global impact of economic fluctuations, as well as their predictions on where the global dairy sector is heading.
