This 2-hr workshop, led by Agile Mindset Consulting founder Patty Aluskewicz SAFe SM, CSM, MEd (all the letters!), focuses on the foundational mindset and processes in an Agile environment. You'll walk out with the tools and understanding to make the jump.
Through team exercises, you will gain practical skills to achieve more success as a team member. It will expand your knowledge in collaborating with others, develop your confidence in contributing to team goals and projects, and increase your value in the eyes of your current/future employer.

She's passionate about helping those new to Agile learn the fundamentals for accelerated career development and progress.
