Get your hands messy and your creativity flowing with On the Easel’s two-part Air-Dry Clay Workshop! This relaxed, beginner-friendly class is the perfect way to unwind, meet fellow art lovers, and make something meaningful just in time for the holidays.
Over two consecutive Thursdays, you’ll learn the basics of sculpting with air-dry clay while enjoying light instruction, creative freedom, and a supportive studio atmosphere.
What to Expect:
🎨 Class 1 – Sculpting & Building
You’ll receive your own batch of air-dry clay and tools to shape, mold, and form your very own creation — from vases and trinket dishes to abstract sculptures. The instructor will demonstrate key techniques, then circulate to offer one-on-one guidance as you bring your idea to life.
🎨 Class 2 – Painting & Finishing Touches
Once your clay has fully dried, we’ll return to add color, texture, and protection to your sculpture using paint and sealants. Leave with a finished, display-ready piece — perfect as a handmade holiday gift or a personal keepsake!
All supplies are included, including air-dry clay, clay tools, paints, and sealant.
Feel free to bring light snacks and drinks to enjoy while you work.
