This class is for the beginner cookier or for the person who is just curious about what cookie decorating is all about! If you have limited experience with sugar cookies, ever found yourself frustrated with royal icing, or if you're trying to have fun with family or friends, this is the class for you! We will be doing a fun set of EIGHT (8) mini cookies with a "Happy Little Fall" theme that's exclusive to BigMouth Baking, tastes amazing, and will look even better once you’ve completed your decorating!

We provide everything you will need from cookies, icing, sprinkles, and a box for taking your awesome creations home - we just need YOU!

This class is on Sunday, September 21 from 2:00 PM to about 3:30 PM. This gives us time to decorate and ask questions along the way. Don't worry - the Chiefs game is not until 7:20 that day! Come by yourself, bring your best friend, or bring the family - we have plenty of seating! It's a blast whether you're coming with a friend, family member, or solo!

This class is good for ages 8+, but if you'd like to leave the kiddos at home, you're welcome to purchase an add-on kit! Anyone purchasing a ticket for class is welcome to an add on kit, to be picked up at the end of class! The kits are great for kids at home, plus - we'll send you the class steps so you can teach them yourself!

This class will be held at Saint Mark's United Methodist Church in north Overland Park. 6422 Santa Fe Dr. Overland Park, KS 66202. Please park in the large rear lot and enter through the double doors at the base of the steps. Signs inside will guide you to class!

Do I need experience with cookie decorating?

Nope! We're happy to teach you everything you need to know!

My 5 year old would like to come to cookie class - are they welcome?

We recommend class for children ages 8+ as the dexterity required - not to mention the ability to sit for a 90 min class - might be to hard for children under age 8. We'll defer to your judgment but do require that everyone attending have their own ticket.

How early should I arrive?

Class starts promptly at the posted time. Please feel free to arrive a few minutes early to have first choice of seating, explore the venue, use the restroom, etc.

Can I drop my kids off for class?

Children ages 12 and younger must be with an adult. Teenagers may be dropped off .

Should I bring my apron?

Please feel free to bring whatever you need to feel comfortable! We will provide paper towels to all participants.

My friend is coming – can I watch?

Nope - class is not a spectator sport. Everyone attending must have their own ticket.

I just want a take home kit - can I purchase one separately?

Anyone purchasing a ticket for class is welcome to an add on kit, to be picked up at the end of class! The kits are not available without a class ticket.
