Location & Timings
📍 Decathlon Store (Canada Water by Surrey Quays) – Upstairs on the first floor in the open space to your right (you can’t miss us!).
🕑 Duration: 2 hours
⏳ Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can start on time and make the most of our session.
What Happens After the Class?
One mug per attendee is included in the class which will be carefully taken away to dry, bisque-fired, glazed with a transparent finish, and fired again. This process typically takes around 4 weeks, though it may take longer depending on firing schedules, weather conditions, and other factors.
Once your mug is ready, you’ll receive an email with collection details. Pickup will be at a designated location in the area, or we can arrange delivery for an additional cost. Please collect your mug within one month of the collection email being sent, as we have limited storage space. Unfortunately, unclaimed pieces will be donated.
What’s Included?
✅ All materials needed for the class.
✅ Aprons provided (but wear comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting a little messy).
✅ Expert guidance in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Important Notes
• While the chances of damage are minimal, pottery is an organic and unpredictable process. We take every precaution to ensure your mug survives, but we cannot guarantee against cracks or breaks—even experienced potters occasionally face challenges! As a result we cannot accept responsibility should this occur.
• Unfortunately, missed classes cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Please understand that we cannot accommodate individual scheduling changes.
For any questions, feel free to message us through this page, and we’ll be happy to help!
