1st Time Homebuyer Seminar (CHAPA apvd): June 2nd, 3rd, 4th 2026

VBCDC invites you to register for this 9 hour -3 day class series for a step by step guide to prepare for your first home purchase.

Join us online and meet our team of expert speakers including an Attorney, Credit Counselor, Home Inspector, Insurance Agent , Lender and Real Estate Agent - all of whom have experience with first time home buyers.

Our classes are open to all veterans and non-veterans.

Fee: $30 per person/ $50 per couple - Fees are non-refundable and due prior to class date.

June class series:

Tuesday, June 2nd 6:00pm - 9:00pm

Wednesday, June 3rd 6:00pm - 9:00pm

Thursday, June 4th 6:00pm - 9:00pm
