Team Check-In

Upon arrival, sign the SW19 waiver at the front desk, then proceed to the court area to check in. Games will begin at 1:00 pm.

Welcome pickleball enthusiasts and animal lovers! The 1st Annual Fix'em KC Pickleball Tournament is happening at the beautiful, new SW19 at the Stadium on Sunday, August 24, 2025 at 1:00 PM. It's going to be a day filled with intense matches, friendly competition, awesome raffle prizes, and lots of fun! Winner medals for each division: Beginner (2-2.99), Intermediate (3-3.49) and Advanced (3.5+).

The Details:

All proceeds go to Fix'em KC, 501c3 nonprofit that helps struggling pet parents pay for spays and neuters. We paid to 'fix' nearly one thousand local dogs and cats last year. That's a LOT of puppies and kittens NOT winding up in our overcrowded shelters.

Open to all women age 18+. All skill levels! Come have fun with us!

Registration: $100 for a two-woman team. During registration, you will have the opportunity to enter your team name, partner's name and your skill level. You may register even if you do not know these at the time of registration. Simply email by August 20 to tgarberg8@icloud.com, or text to 913-302-0446.

Player Check-in: 12:30pm

Facility: Air conditioned, 8 fully fenced courts.

Amenities: Restaurant and bar, plenty of seating for players and spectators.

Raffles: Fun and fabulous prizes available to all.

Parking: Free on-site parking.
