T2DM GRAND ROUNDS: Pharmacists’ Role in Optimizing Diabetes Care
Overview
Summary: Welcome to the live virtual event T2DM GRAND ROUNDS: Pharmacists’ Role in Optimizing Diabetes Care! Join us on February 11, 2026, 12:00 – 1:00 PM EST for 1 hour CE credit. This virtually live Grand Round series is designed as a case-based learning program to empower clinical pharmacists who actively manage people with T2DM. The program will highlight the importance of timely treatment intensification, weight management as a core component of diabetes care, and CV risk reduction through guideline-directed therapeutic approaches. Attendees will walk away with practical strategies for integrating newer treatments (such as GLP-1 receptor agonists and SGLT2 inhibitors) into practice, with the goal of optimizing patient outcomes, reducing the risk of long-term complications, and promoting overall health and quality of life for individuals living with T2DM.
This is a live webinar requiring engagement with various learning tools such as Zoom. To earn CE credit, participants must attend the program in its entirety, submit their NABP e-profile ID (e-pid) number, date of birth (MMDD), and complete the event evaluation form. Partial credit will not be awarded. The Zoom Link will be sent to you by email after purchase of a ticket.
