The Unapologetic Woman: A Live Self-Expression Ceremony
Overview
🌕 The Unapologetic Woman: A Live Self-Expression Ceremony
This is a live, guided self-expression ceremony for intuitive women who are done shrinking, silencing themselves, or feeling emotionally unsafe being who they truly are.
Many women learned early that staying quiet meant staying safe.
That speaking up could lead to conflict, rejection, or loss of belonging.
Over time, those survival strategies can become automatic — showing up as self-editing, overgiving, people-pleasing, or holding back what’s real.
This ceremony is an invitation to gently explore those patterns in a way that honors your nervous system, your history, and your pace.
During this 90-minute live gathering, you’ll be guided through reflective and embodied practices designed to help you:
- Notice where and how you still silence yourself
- Reconnect with your inner voice and truth
- Experience what self-expression feels like when safety is present
- Create space for honesty without pressure or performance
This is not a workshop, training, or therapy session.
There is no fixing, forcing, or emotional pushing.
You will never be asked to share or speak unless you want to.
Participation is always optional, and listening is welcome.
This space is about presence, emotional safety, and remembering who you are when you don’t have to shrink to belong.
You may feel called to attend if you identify as intuitive, sensitive, or spiritually aware; if you sense you are here to break cycles — personally or generationally; or if you feel ready to explore self-expression in a way that is gentle, grounded, and supportive.
Come exactly as you are.
Nothing needs to be prepared.
Your presence is enough.
I'll be hosting this event a few times in February.
