There are many energy systems in the human being and this new practice from Althor works with clearing and activating three of these: The Heart Circuit, the chakras and the Chi flow channels. The practice awakens these flows of life-force energy in the physical and energy bodies, connecting us directly with the beautiful dance of creation and attuning us to receive and be more aligned with the strong energy shifts happening on the planet in this time.

As with all the Diamond Light practices from Althor, we start with the Heart Circuit to get connected with source, then, working with sound and visualization, we clear the chakras, both forward and back, then move to lighting up the primary channels of Chi flow, entering through the dan-tian and cycling through the body. We close with a sound bath meditation to let the practice integrate into our system.
