Yes. This is a wine tasting experience, so all guests must be 21 years of age or older. Under 21 unfortunately cannot join this event.

The tasting class lasts approximately one hour.

What’s included in my ticket?

Your ticket includes:

A guided tasting of New York State wines

Artisanal chocolates crafted by local chocolatiers

A pairing class led by Ayza’s sommelier

Is this a full meal?

No. This is a tasting experience, not a full dinner. You’ll enjoy wine and chocolate pairings, but we recommend dining before or after at Ayza:)  if you’re very hungry.

Can I stay after the tasting at Ayza?

Yes! You’re welcome to stay, order additional drinks or food, and enjoy Ayza’s cozy atmosphere after the class, subject to availability.

Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?

Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies (especially dairy or nuts). While we’ll do our best, we may not be able to accommodate all restrictions due to the curated nature of the pairing.

Absolutely. No wine knowledge is needed. This experience is designed for both beginners and enthusiasts.

Is seating limited?

Yes. Seating is very limited to keep the experience intimate. Advance tickets are strongly recommended.

Tickets are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you may reschedule for another event or choose to receive an Ayza gift card for the full ticket value.
