At DDKT Fitness & Wellness, we believe empowering women goes far beyond the gym. That’s why we’re partnering with Paxibellum Jiu-Jitsu to bring you a Self-Defense Workshop designed to help you feel safer, stronger, and more prepared in your everyday life.
You’re probably not fighting strangers on the street, but knowing how to protect yourself, set physical boundaries, and trust your own strength is powerful. And our community has been asking for this! So we’re doing it the DDKT way: with intention, education, and our full team beside you.
Led by the expert team at Paxibellum Jiu-Jitsu, this workshop will cover practical, real-world self-defense techniques. No prior experience is required!
Important Information:
- Please Arrive 15-20 minutes early to sign the liability waiver and get set up for class.
- Please wear athletic clothing. *It's highly recommend that the clothes cover as much of the shoulder and torso as possible for ground games/drills on the mats.
- The workshop will be taught on mats so bare feet is best! Please plan accordingly.
