Join our Wellness Manager and Registered Dietitian, Maya Billig, MS, RD, CDN and Fitness Specialist, Enrique Camacho for an introductory session on the fundamentals of proper strength training. Learn proper form, how to structure a balanced workout, and key movements every routine should include. We will also cover how to properly fuel your body so you have the energy to lift safely, support recovery and get the most out of your training. Whether you are new to lifting or looking to refine your technique, this class will help you build confidence and move with strength.
