Non-profit vs For-Profit: What Leaders Must Know
Overview
Choosing the right business structure impacts your funding options, taxes, operations, compliance requirements, and long-term growth. In this workshop, you’ll learn the key differences between nonprofits and for-profit businesses in language that actually makes sense. We’ll cover how money flows in each structure, what the IRS expects, the role of boards and owners, how they are run, and the common mistakes leaders make when choosing a structure.
