Each 10 x 10 space is $40. Premium Spaces from $115 - $135.

Limited Space is available to Direct Sellers at $70 for a 10 x 10 space. This is a Yard Sale Event. Direct Sellers include Paparazzi, Lularue, Tupperware, Pampered Chef, Color Street, Thirty-One, May Kay, Posh, Scentsy, etc. You can message us on Facebook to see if your line is open. No more than one in each event.

This is a Giant indoor Yard Sale Event at the Everett Arena in Concord. Set up is Friday, April 3 from 12noon-7:00pm and Saturday, April 4 from 7:15am - 8:45am.

YOU MUST CHECK IN BY 8:15AM SATURDAY MORNING. If you do not arrive to set up by 8:15am on Saturday you will forfeit your right to sell and your registration fee.

Tables are not provided. No Electricity provided. No weapons of any kind (guns, knives, bows) are allowed to be sold. No Toy Weapons allowed. No Propane tanks. No food sales. No Electricity. No refunds at anytime.

Restrooms, Handicap Parking, Food and Drinks and an ATM are available.

No unsold items can be left at the site and/or thrown into outside dumpsters.

CONCORD'S GIANT INDOOR YARD SALE - FAQ

1.) How much does it cost to sell my odds and ends at the yard sale? Sellers of regular Household items (dishes, pots, pans, knick knacks, furniture, clothing, toys, etc.). The price per each 10 x 10 space is $45.

The event is a yard sale. A limited number of 10 x 10 spaces will be available to direct sellers at $70.

Retail businesses? If you operate a retail business with store location(s) there are a limited number of commercial business spaces. Contact Event Manager at concordyard@gmail.com

2.) Where is the yard sale? Everett Arena, 15 Loudon Road, Concord NH

3.) When can we set up? Your welcome to setup on Friday between Noon and 7PM and Saturday morning between 7:15am and 8:45am. Spaces will be assigned.

If you do not arrive to set up by 8:15am on Saturday you will forfeit your right to sell and your registration fee.

5.) Will there be food and drinks for sale at the Yard Sale? Yes.

6.) Will there be restrooms? Yes.

7.) Will there be handicap parking? Yes.

8.) What does it cost to enter the yard sale as a customer? Adult Admission is $5. Youngsters 12 and under are free. Must be accompanied by an adult.

9.) Will there be emergency services available? Yes.

10.) Where does the registration fee to sell at the yard sale go to? To cover the expenses and marketing of the yard sale.

11.) How many attendees are you expecting? In 2022 we had 973. in 2023 1,501. In 2024 1,977. 2025: 1500+

1 2.)How are you promoting the yard sale? We use Facebook/Instagram Sponsored Posts to target likely yard sale attendees based on their interests. Plus Concord Monitor, Hippo, and 93.3 The Wolf.

13.) Are we allowed to have our vehicles at our selling space while selling our stuff? Not applicable for this event.

14.) Can I use an e-z up tent? NO . Per Concord Fire Department regulations no tents are allowed.

15.) What if it rains on Saturday? Event is indoors. No problem.

16.) Can I pay my registration fee by credit card? Register online at our Eventbrite Page.

18.) Who do I make the payment out to? Capital Events Management

20.) Can I sell food or drinks at the yard sale? No, the Arena has all the food and beverage rights.

21.) Indemnification Agreement: By participating in the event you agree to indemnify and hold harmless all organizations and persons sponsoring, managing or in any other way participating in Concord's Giant Indoor Yard Sale, including, but not limited to the City of Concord, NH; The Everett Arena; Capital Events Management and its personnel from any loss, claim, penalty, or lawsuit in any way arising from your operation or involvement in Concord's Giant Indoor Yard Sale. Participating in the event requires that you have read the information, including the Rules & Regulations for the event, and agree to abide by them.

Also relinquishes any rights to any photos taken in connection with this event.
