1928 Intermediate Cocktail Class: Technique & Creativity

This hands-on class is designed for guests who’ve taken our Foundation Cocktail Class, or already know the basics, and are eager to dive deeper into the world of craft cocktails.

We’ll explore shaking, stirring, and rolling/throwing techniques, modifiers like vermouths and amari, flavor-balancing tricks, and how to build syrups and infusions that elevate your drinks from good to unforgettable. You’ll taste, build, and finish by creating your very own signature cocktail using a curated selection of spirits, modifiers, and house-made ingredients.

What You’ll Learn:

    •    Stirred vs. shaken vs. rolled/thrown technique & proper dilution

    •    Exploring modifiers like vermouth, amaro, liqueurs, sherry and more

    •    How to create custom syrups and infusions

    •    Advanced flavor theory & garnish strategy

    •    How to build, balance, and name your own original cocktail

What’s Included:

    •    Two hands-on cocktails + a custom build

    •    Flavor pairings and technique demonstrations

    •    A cocktail technique cheat sheet to take home

    •    Light snacks & good vibes

    •    Prize for the "people's choice" cocktail of the night

Spots are limited and classes often sell out. Grab your tickets now and take your skills beyond the basics. Must be 21+ to attend.
