Overview

Emma Boyle brings the spirit of Dragon Fly Yoga studio to the JPH barn, uniting the community through movement, mindfulness and joy.

This September, join us for a four-week yoga series designed to gently guide you from inward reflection to heart-centered openness. Each week's theme offers a unique opportunity to release tension, reconnect with yourself, and embrace the change of season with intention and care.

In Week 1: Turning Inward, we begin by quieting external noise and tuning into our inner landscape—cultivating clarity, rest, and presence.

Week 2: The Storage Container focuses on the hips, helping us unpack held emotions and energetic buildup through supportive movement and breath.

Week 3: Neck & Shoulders invites release from the weight we carry—whether physical stress or emotional expectations—offering relief and awareness.

In our final session, Week 4: Opening Outwards, we turn toward the heart, fostering compassion and tenderness as we open to renewal and possibility.

Whether you join for one class or all four, this September series creates space to breathe, move, and gently evolve.
