The Disclosure Foundation is a nonpartisan nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting government transparency on UAP. It advocates for legislative action, protects whistleblowers, and supports scientific research into UAP-related issues. The foundation engages with lawmakers, hosts public briefings, and pushes for the release of classified information, aiming to reduce stigma and ensure public accountability on the UAP topic.


Anna Brady-Estevez (Yale PhD '09, former Graduate Student Body President) is a scientist, deep-tech investor, and innovation policy leader. She founded American DeepTech, has served at the National Science Foundation (NSF) directing the SBIR portfolio, and has helped steer funding toward technologies & companies that are “UAP-adjacent” or address disruptive / edge science. She also co-chairs interagency efforts including the U.S. Space Economy working group and has been involved in bringing together researchers, entrepreneurs, and government in public UAP-science/innovation panels.


Dillon Guthrie is a Washington, D.C.–based attorney and policy advisor who specializes in financial services, technology, and regulatory law. Before joining DLA Piper as counsel, he held roles including counsel at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and staff member for the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations. He has also explored emerging legal challenges around “unidentified anomalous phenomena” (UAP / UFOs) and how congressional oversight might evolve in that space, including publishing an article on UAP in the Harvard National Security Journal and helping co-author the UAP Disclosure Act.


Kirk McConnell brings 37 years as a professional staff member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, the Senate Intelligence Committee, the House Intelligence Committee, and the Select Committee on U.S. National Security and Military/Commercial Concerns with the People's Republic of China. During this time, Kirk oversaw various critical initiatives, such as establishing and advancing the cyber mission and leading national intelligence reorganization post-9/11. Additionally, he played key roles in Beyond Goldwater-Nichols defense reform, shaping microelectronics industrial base policy (including the CHIPS and Science Act), managing national and military intelligence programs, developing space systems, and overseeing information technology and systems, as well as Army and Marine Corps ground force programs.


Jordan Flowers is the Executive Director of the Disclosure Foundation. He is also the CFO of Ontocalypse Productions, and has over 20 years of experience in finance, operations, and investing.
