Do I need to have any prior dance training to join the class?

No! We welcome dancers of all levels.

Can I participate if I have physical limitations?

Yes! We welcome and will do our best to accommodate dancers of all abilities, but you will need to be able to navigate stairs. Please contact us for more details.

Do I need a leotard, tights and ballet shoes?

No! Just be sure to wear comfortable clothes that allow full range of motion and sturdy comfortable socks.

Pas De Chat Adult Ballet Class

Come join us for a fun and relaxing ballet class for adults at The Cheshire Grin Cat Cafe! Whether you're a seasoned dancer or never tried ballet before, this class is perfect for all levels. Our experienced instructor Jenney Woodford will guide you through a series of graceful movements set to beautiful music. Light vegan snacks and beverages served afterwards. Wear comfortable clothes that allow for full range of motion and sturdy socks or ballet slippers.
