17th Annual Meadowdale, Motorsports & Memories Car Show

All classic, vintage, exotic and street or race cars of interest are welcome.

The car show is held at Raceway Woods on Route 31 in Carpentersville, Illinois.

Yes, there is a $25.00 fee to display your car. (Advance registration $20 prior to September 4) MiRPA Yearbook Included – Dash Plaques and Goodie Bags to the first 300 cars.

You may begin entering to display your car for the car show after 9:00 am.

Car show hours are 10:00 am until 3:00 pm.

You will enter through the “Silo” entrance to Raceway Woods on Route 31. Follow the signs for Display Car Entrance

We are able to accommodate your trailer. All trailers must arrive between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. Please advise us by calling (847) 421-2891 in advance of the event if you will be arriving with a trailer so we may direct you to the trailer entrance. Also let us know if you need different timing.

There is a large separate spectator lot on Route 31 approx. a half mile south of the display car entrance (and north of Huntley Road – across from 141 N. Route 31, Carpentersville), which has easy access to the show field. Golf cart shuttles are available, or you can walk

Please use the spectator parking lot only; the walk from other entrances is very long and neither lot is served by the shuttles. No spectator parking is allowed in the display car entrance lot. There is no charge for spectators, spectator parking or use of shuttle - donations are always welcome.

Show car judging will close at 1 pm.

Awards will be announced at 2:30 pm.

If you will be attending with friends or attending as a club it is best if you all meet up at an outside location and then enter at one time. You will not be able to hold spaces.

In order to maintain the integrity of the event, “for sale” signs are not permitted on show cars

Spectator enjoyment is free of charge. (MIRPA is a recognized 501(c)(3) not-for-profit and will happily accept donations which allow this Meadowdale, Motorsports & Memories event continue into the future.)

Spectators may enjoy a leisurely walk to the front straight-away of the racetrack. A golf cart shuttle will also be providing transportation between the Spectator Parking Lot and the car show continually throughout the day. *NOTE: Shuttle to the show area is only available from and to spectator lot

There will be vendors and food stands as well as an opportunity to visit with some old friends and perhaps make a few new friends.

The Meadowdale, Motorsports & Memories Car Show is a rain or shine event.

MiRPA has determined that due to the unique operational characteristics along with the rough and uneven terrain of this venue, and in the interest of the safety and security of all attendees and show cars, the use of OPDMD by attendees will not be allowed.

This event is focused on the co-existence of high-volume pedestrian traffic, multiple forms of vehicular traffic and static display of high-value vehicles. Introducing the use by attendees of OPDMD into this mix would adversely affect MIRPA’s commitment to the safety and security of all attendees
