Graphic Designer and Artist, Connie Higgins, will lead you step-by-step through the process of creating a masterpiece you will be proud of.
Grab your friends, sip your favorite Nissley wines, and craft a glowing 9” Sea Glass Angel with lights - a materpiece you will be proud of.
