Where can I park for free?

Please park at Norman O. Houston Park for free ( 4800 S La Brea Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90008)This is also are MEETING POINT before we begin our hike. There is also FREE street parking in the residential area off Don Lorenzo Dr.

What if I just want to join the yoga and sound bath ?

You can park at the top of the hill and meet the group after we've arrived from hiking. PAKING IS A FEE of $10 and you must ENTER at 4100 S. La Cienega Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90056

What level of fitness is recommended?

Everyone is welcome from beginners to advanced athletes .

What should I bring ?

Yoga mat and/ or small blanket / Water and a positive attitude.

Comftable shoes and clothes / Please check weather .
