Join us for a flavorful fall day out of the city as we hike the iconicBear Mountain and Appalachian Trail Loopand gather afterward for aLaotian-style picnicin the crisp November air. This scenic trail features a mix of rugged rock scrambles, panoramic views of the Hudson River, and a descent along the famed Appalachian Trail. It’s a rewarding loop that blends physical challenge with breathtaking natural beauty.

After the hike, we’ll gather for a delicious Laotian-inspired picnic by HUENKOA featuring bold, comforting flavors—think sticky rice, grilled meats, fresh herbs, and spicy sauces. It’s the ideal way to connect, refuel, and share a meal outdoors

What to Expect:
Bring your hiking shoes or sturdy sneakers (you’ll need them for rocky sections), dress in warm layers, pack water, and get ready to unplug and connect—whether you come solo or bring a few friends. After the hike, stay for a relaxed, communal picnic with bold, authentic Laotian flavors available to buy.
