Buying a ticket grants you admission to this 3 part series from 9 am to 12 pm on Saturdays. The dates are 10/11, 10/18, & 10/15

Never cooked before? Tired of takeout? Whether you’re on your own for the first time or just want to feel more at home in the kitchen, this beginner-friendly class is for you.


Over the course of *three relaxed, 3-hour sessions, you’ll learn to cook simple, delicious meals from scratch—and actually enjoy the process. No experience? No problem. We’ll start from square one and walk you through essential techniques like:


  • Chopping veggies like a pro (without losing a finger)
  • Making vinaigrettes, pastas, and easy desserts
  • Sautéing, roasting, and basic knife skills
  • Planning meals and using your equipment wisely


Each class features a full menu you’ll cook yourself—think tacos with homemade guac, roast chicken with crisp veggies, and even ice cream tiramisu. You’ll leave each session with new skills, new confidence, and a full belly.


Sample menus include:


  • Guacamole & chips, DIY taco bar, tres leches cake
  • Caesar salad, roast chicken with root vegetables, blueberry crisp
  • Shrimp cocktail, garlic bread, fettuccine Alfredo, arugula salad, ice cream tiramisu


By the end of this course, you’ll be making real meals with real ingredients—and having a great time doing it.
