The Circle of Change Leadership Experience is an ‘award-winning’ national leadership and career development experience designed to prepare traditional, non-traditional, and first-generation students for lifelong success in college and beyond.

In addition to a successful speaking career, Joshua obtained a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Biola University in 2008, received his Doctoral Degree in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University in June of 2019, has appeared on various television/radio shows, and is the leader and founder of a leadership movement that impacts student leaders each year in Los Angeles, California and New York City, and has reached a total of 2,000 plus student leaders from more 150 universities and colleges over the past ten years.
