APC Farm2Market Harvest Festival

Come join us for our annual Harvest Festival Saturday October 25th from 12-3pm at the farm!!

APC Farm2Market hosts this annual event for residents of our supportive housing and the wider Bay Area community at our beautiful 2-acre urban farm on Alameda Point. Our residents are individuals and families who have experienced chronic homelessness and our supportive housing sites provide a stable home, case management, workforce development, children and youth services, and access to healthy foods from the Farm.

We would love to have you join us for an afternoon of food, music, games and family fun to help support Alameda Point Collaborative!
