The Morris-Jumel Mansion Museum, the oldest remaining house in Manhattan, is a historic house (built in 1765) that preserves, collects, and interprets history, culture, and the arts to explore inclusive narratives that engage and inspire diverse audiences. There are eight period rooms on display, including the room George Washington used as his office during the American Revolution and the room where Lin-Manuel Miranda composed parts of Hamilton.

Tickets for self-guided visits of the museum will guarantee museum entry on the day of booking between the following hours:

Tuesdays–Thursdays, 1pm–4pm

Fridays–Sundays, 11am–4pm

Visitors are welcome to use their tickets at any point during our hours of operation. There are no timed entries. Self-guided tours are projected to last approximately 45 minutes to one hour.

Are there timed entries or time slots?

No! Self-Guided Tour attendees are able to enter the Mansion at any time between opening and last entry for the date corresponding with their ticket. There are no time slots or timed entries.
