Bioinformatics: Genome analysis; DNA, RNA and protein sequence analysis; Next-generation and Third-generation sequencing; Biomarker discovery; Functional genomics; Gene expression analysis; Structural bioinformatics; Single cell omics; etc.
Computational Biology and Medical Informatics: Bio-data visualization; Adaptive computation in bioinformatics; Bio-inspired computing; Computational systems biology; Big data analytics in healthcare; Biological network reconstruction and analysis; Health informatics; Human-centric applications; etc.
Call for Invited Speakers:
It's welcomed that experts and scholars join in the ICBCB 2026 and deliver the Invited Talk about 20-25 minutes. Please send your Bio to the conference email box: icbcb_contact@163.com for further review. The qualified persons will be partly financial supported after they finish the regular registration.
Call for Special Sessions:
To enhance exchanges in the fields of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, ICBCB 2026 is soliciting proposals for Special Sessions. Interested scholars are invited to submit their proposals to the conference email address: icbcb_contact@163.com.
Optional themes for the Special Sessions include:
1. AI-Driven Multi-Omics Integration for Precision Medicine: Deep learning models for multi-omics data fusion, AI applications in cancer genomics and immunotherapy, Integrative analysis of genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics.
2. Advances in Computational Drug Discovery and Molecular Simulation: AI-based virtual screening and drug repurposing, Generative models for novel compound design, Multi-target drug design and pathway-based therapeutics.
3. Biological Network Analysis and Systems Biology: Network-based disease gene prioritization, Systems-level modeling of cellular processes, Graph neural networks for biological data.
4. Computational Methods for Single-Cell Omics and Spatial Transcriptomics: Clustering and trajectory inference in single-cell data, Integration of spatial and transcriptomic information, Cell type identification using deep learning.
