Due to the immersive nature of the experience, the run time is approximately 75–80 minutes. After the performance, guests are welcome to stay and enjoy a 30-minute social hour to mix, mingle, and connect.

Check-in begins at 7:30 PM and includes light refreshments. Please have your ticket confirmation (printed or digital) ready and stop by the front desk upon arrival. We recommend arriving a little early so we can be sure to get you into the right mood before the show begins.

All ages are welcome; however, we recommend the experience for children aged 8 and up due to its immersive nature and thematic elements. The show involves movement throughout the space, but we are happy to accommodate guests with limited mobility if you let us know your needs in advance.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue. In light of the summer heat, we will offer a selection of light refreshments on a donation basis.

Private photography and video are welcome, as long as flash is turned off for the safety of our performers and the comfort of fellow guests. Please to tag us and help spread the word! If you’re a professional photographer or videographer, please contact us in advance for approval and coordination.

There will be no guarded wardrobe or storage area available. We recommend bringing only what you can comfortably carry on your body. Larger bags and items should be left at home, or if necessary, safely stored in your vehicle. Please note: we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen items.
