Join us for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation at Wellness Wednesday! Experience the calming benefits of gentle yoga to stretch and strengthen your body, and rejuvenate your senses with an invigorating cold plunge. Immerse yourself in soothing sounds of live vibrational sound healing instruments while floating in the pool, surrounded by the serene atmosphere of birds chirping on a gorgeous private property. The enchanting music and vibrations will wash away stress and tension, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.
If floating isn't your thing, enjoy the sound bath poolside. Choose your own relaxation adventure!
Itinerary:
5:45-6:15pm Arrival and hang out. Option to swim in the pool, cold plunge, connect with the community, snack (grapes will be provided), or pick spirit cards.
6:15-7pm Gentle Yoga: Nicole will be guiding a heart-opening yoga flow to prepare us to receive the sound bath.
7-8pm Sound Healing either on floats or poolside.
8-8:15pm Connect with community and option to cold plunge.
Ticket options
*Floats can fit two people up to 400 lbs. If you are interested in having two people in one floatie and are under the total combined weight, you can save money on your experience.
- $33 Poolside sound experience
- $77 for one person in a floatie
- $130 for two people in a floatie. This comes out to $65 per person instead of $77. If you want to share a floatie send me an email (jamie@harmonicholistics.com) with the name of the person you will be floating with and I will offer instructions for the combined floatie experience.
- $10 cold plunge option
Address will be sent out to ticket holders before the event.
