Yoga Foundations is a four-week beginner-friendly series designed to teach you the essential building blocks of yoga in a supportive, welcoming environment. With two guided classes each week, you'll learn proper form, alignment, and breathing techniques for foundational poses such as Downward Dog, Warrior I & II, Tree Pose, and more.
Each class focuses on gradual progression, body awareness, and safe movement to help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence on your mat—no previous experience required.
