When should I arrive?

Unless otherwise noted on Eventbrite or on our website (www.merrihewsnursery.com), please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the meditation start time so that we can get started promptly. Thanks!

What is your photo/video policy?

Please note that we may take photos or videos during the event to use for social media or promotional purposes. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, please let the instructor or a Merrihew’s team member know when you arrive.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation for a refund is possible up to 48 hours prior to the event start time. Beyond this period, events become non-refundable. If you request a refund, the ticketing fee is nonrefundable. Feel free to contact us with any questions about this process!

What happens if the venue cancels?

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events as needed - such as inclement weather (we are an outdoor space) or an instructor falling under the weather! If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund (including the ticketing fee).
