Instead of stumbling out of the holidays feeling scattered, drained, or disconnected, step away from the noise of social media and use that extra space to reconnect with what truly matters to you.
For 14 days, you’ll swap scrolling. Each day of your social media detox, you’ll explore a different area of your life—your career, relationships, creativity, personal projects—and set clear, aligned intentions for the year ahead. You’ll receive a guided meditation, contemplation practices, and thoughtful journal prompts to help you uncover what your heart is really asking for in 2026.

- Access to daily meditation prompts. We've designed the 14-Day Silent on Socials Challenge to help you clear the noise and set intentional goals for every part of your life in 2026.
- A guided meditation. Have trouble meditating? We've got you with a guided 20-minute meditation you can pair with each day's intention.
- Flow state schedules. Do more in one day than you usually do in a month, with a schedule that is scientifically proven to help you drop into flow states.
- Meet new people. Your fellow participants are as motivated as you are to create their most expansive year yet.
- Get results through accountability and rewards. As you dive into the daily meditations and meet the community here in the 14-Day Silent on Socials Challenge, you'll be rewarded with surprise badges of completion. To earn the Flow State schedules, you'll have to complete the entire challenge.
How to Get the Most Out of the 14-Day Silent on Socials Challenge
We’re here to get results, and we know you are too. Here’s the best way for each of us to get there:
- Delete all your social media apps from your phone and don't log on from January 2nd to January 15th to reclaim your focus and time. You might let people know to reach out to you via email or text in your bio, so you feel okay disconnecting.
- Be selective in what notifications you allow for this app. We want to help you stay focused, not distract you more.
- Do your meditations within 90 seconds of waking up. This helps you tap into flow state because your mind is still in the potent theta wave state. Write the daily prompts down the night before and download the meditation so you don't have to get on the app first thing in the morning.
- Journal your thoughts and intentions directly after your meditation. Continue to contemplate the theme of the day throughout your day. Sometimes, more clarity comes when our mind is left to day dream.
- Share your goals later in the day. Naming and owning your goals is a powerful part of this process. It helps bring it from the realm of ideas into reality. Make an intentional choice about when you want to share with our community, and do this after you feel settled about your intentions.
- Engage positively. Encourage and support your fellow participants. No one here is looking for your criticism, cynicism, advice, or judgment. (We can get those things on the rest of the Internet).
- Recognize others for their efforts. You'll earn points by logging in, completing your daily prompts, answering questions, commenting, and reacting to others' posts. You can use these points to award someone a recognition badge based on one of our values. Likewise, you can receive recognitions as well. You can view your points, award recognitions, or view your recognitions, click on the star at the top left corner of your screen on desktop or in your profile view on the app. Here are our five values:
- Keep up. The 14-Day Silent on Socials Challenge exists to help jump-start your year. How we begin is how we continue. Don't cheat yourself out of the transformation you're seeking by missing days or falling behind.
Jan 1st will be a prep day (day 0), and we’ll officially start our challenge on January 2nd.
