We’ll caravan to vineyards to learn viticultural do's and don'ts leading up to the pick date. We’ll explore tools of the trade while detailing soil types, rootstocks, trellising systems, irrigation programs and viticultural philosophy.

Note: The sun shines bright in the vineyard. Hats and water bottles are encouraged. Closed toe shoes are essential.

What should I wear?

Because we'll be spending time under open skies, dress for protection from the sun. Closed toe shoes and a spirit of inquiry are required. Hats, water bottles and cameras/camera phones are encouraged.

Which vineyard will be visit?

Grape clusters evaluated in Vineyard Camp help determine when we'll harvest the grapes. To this end, we may not know which property we'll visit until the morning of the camp. However, all properties will be located within 20 minutes of the Wine Foundry.
