Learn to liven up textile with embroidery, the ornamentation of cloth with thread. Though embroidery can be used for any shape, this class will focus on flowers. We will use stitches taught in our beginning embroidery class for simple flowers, plus more advanced flowers like cherry blossoms and sunflowers, all building off of basic stitches.
This is an intermediate class; familiarity with basic embroidery stitches is a pre-requisite. All materials needed for this class will be provided.
