♿ Accessibility: most of the experience is ADA-accessible (90%+). The only installations that are not accessible via wheelchair are the new "Little Playhouses" but they can still be viewed from the outside

Frequently asked questions
This depends on the guests. GA passes will have 75 minutes to explore. Priority passes will be allowed to spend as long as they would like exploring and will be granted in-and-out access for the entire day of their tickets. We recommend at least an hour to explore the immersive experience.
While there are no strobe lights in the immersive, there are moving lights throughout the experience. With advance notice, we have taken measures to accommodate light-sensitive guests. Please get in touch with us if you have any specific questions.
Feel free to take photos and share them, we love to see your photos and videos after the events!! Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted without special requests made through the gallery.
Water will be available, please bring reusable water bottles with you!
The exhibition is indoor/outdoor.
Yes, the hearing impaired will still have access to all elements of the story & experience.
There is seating throughout the entire experience!

Guests can arrive anytime within their scheduled start time. Starting time slots are grouped in hour intervals. Please arrive any time within that one-hour time slot to begin.
We do our best to ensure everyone gets through the experience in a timely fashion, even if you arrive late! Please note, you might end up waiting in the gallery for the next open slot, depending on how busy it is when you arrive.
Service animals are allowed. Other than that we ask you to keep your fuzzy friends at home.
Not at all! This experience is fun for ALL AGES!
Yes, we have worked hard to make sure the gallery & this immersive are ADA accessible. We have added some small houses that can be viewed from the outside but wheelchairs would not fit inside. You will still be able to get around and view 95% of the experience from your chair. Please call with any
