We’ll show you solutions that have worked well for other institutions, along with common issues that can arise from certain data entry practices—and how to resolve them for better, more reliable outcomes. From setting up data entry views in a thoughtful way to using your Dashboard as a powerful tool for data scrubbing, we’ll share our best tips and proven techniques.

Audience

This training is intended for TMS Collections users, including new users or existing users who want to brush up on their knowledge. This applies to:

New TMS Collections users (e.g., new staff members, students in college/masters programs, soon-to-be job seekers interested in learning TMS Collections, etc.)
Existing TMS Collections users (looking for ideas and learning how other institutions solved problems)

This course is designed for users who will have TMS Collections experience.
